Ingredients
- 1 container 1 CONTAINER OF FIRM WHOLE MILK YOGURT (plain)
- 1 liter 1 LITER OF MILK (preferably Grade A whole milk)
Method
- 1
Boil the milk and let it cool down until it is lukewarm (it must not be too hot).
For adults with dietary fat restrictions, this can be made using skim milk.
- 2
Add the yogurt and mix well.
- 3
Next, distribute the mixture into small containers with lids (holding about 100 ml to 200 ml).
- 4
Leave them at room temperature for about 10 to 12 hours, and it's ready!
It is best to distribute the yogurt into individual containers right away, as this makes it last longer (up to 2 weeks in the fridge).
