Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 3 to 5 strawberries
- 5 tablespoons milk
- 225 g plain fat-free yogurt
Method

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness. For a thinner consistency, add a little more milk.
